I love it - but what is it? I mean - is it a drawing or a 3D thing. It's kind of hard to tell. I would have thought drawing for your art class, but it doesn't look like a drawing. Anyway, it's beautiful!!
Thanks Rochelle - it's a pastel drawing from a collage i made in class. I scanned National Geographics (good reason not to toss em) and found pics of the kingfisher, vigil, sunset over water, seed and cross and just threw them together. I loved all the reds, which is a color symbolic of change. The words just came last night as i was sitting there looking at it.
I love how your mind is working and look forward to our next installment of soulful contemplation in July. Til then, keep up with these major themes of life.
